In a clinic setting, while we are together, for those few days we are a tribe of sorts.

The purpose of holding clinics is to improve all of our horsemanship collectively, so we can all understand the horse’s thinking better and in turn, get your horse to do the things you like.

When holding clinics, I want everyone to be able to communicate freely and openly. I’m not saying we won’t have moments where you are challenged but no one will be set up for failure - you included.

Clinic offerings include:

COLT STARTING
HORSEMANSHIP
TROUBLED HORSES
ROPING
CATTLE WORK
HORSE BEHAVIOUR

COLT STARTING

Colt Starting classes will focus on setting your horse up for the best possible start in life, no matter your discipline.

HORSEMANSHIP

Horsemanship classes focus on you and your relationship with your horse. We will either get the conversation started, or help you further your communication skills with your horse.

TROUBLED HORSES

Troubled Horse classes focus on specific issues that you might be having with your horse. In these classes we'll look at the issues you're experiencing, the root of the issue and ways in which you and your horse can resolve these issues.

ROPING

Roping classes are about stockmanship and having your horse perform his job quietly and confidently. These classes are great for horses learning to rope, intermediate ropers looking to increase their skills, or team roping horses that have gotten troubled in the box.

CATTLE WORK

Cattle classes will focus on cattle behaviour and how to get your horse into the right position for maximum effectiveness with minimal effort. The goal being, to get the horse to want to work the cow...so you get to sit up there and look pretty

HORSE BEHAVIOUR

These classes will cover horse behaviour, reactions and how you can use the power of observation to allow you to understand the horse's communication. The goal being, to show the horse that you know what's important to him, so in turn, he'll treat you that way and allow you to work with him in a way in which he's trying to help you
